Welcome to Historic Cookbooks!
This site was created by students in Professor Whitman’s U.S. Women’s History Since 1870 course. The books included on the page were selected and analyzed by students. As you will see, some of these books pertain to The University of the South’s history, some are mass market publications, and others are from students’ personal collections.
